Operation Manager - Vietnamese Speaker (Location - Dongnai, Vietnam)

Job Summary:

Starprint officially arrived in Vietnam in 2001. After nearly 20 years of evolving, we have built two factories in Bien Hoa with a total area of more than 26,000 square meters, brought job opportunities to about 1000 employees, provided solutions of printing and packaging for many famous local and global companies.

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all manufacturing operations in factory.
• Instruct and deploy product research and development activities, process engineering and control to meet the requirement of customers in term of quality, quantity.
• Directing production and ensuring cost effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality, accuracy and performance standards.
• Being responsible for supervision of the machines maintenance to ensure the machines operate effectively.
• Being responsible for assurance of the on time and fully delivery to customer.
• Controlling the Warehouse system and production planning.
• Other jobs assigned by BOM.

Qualifications:

• Education Background: Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Management, Production Engineer, preferred in printing technique/packaging industry.
• Professional knowledge: Production Management, ISO, LEAN.
• Professional skills: management, problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing, presentation, communication.
• Experiences: at least 7 years at the position of Plant Manager or Production Manager in production fields, preferred in printing industry.
• Be able to speak Vietnamese fluently and good communication in English.
• Be able to work in Dong Nai, Vietnam.
