  • Initiate and develop strategic business plans for partner acquisition and marketing to expand user base or increase revenue.
  • Identify business opportunities, develop partnership model that benefits the business and partners                        
  • Pitch business model to potential partners to close strategic deals.                        
  • Execute partnership plan and keep all stakeholders on the same page and on track.                        
  • Forge strong relationships with existing and potential partners.                        
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful co-campaign/co-project with measurable results                        
  • Monitor and ensure effective implementation of projects for partners and identify rooms for improvement. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • Have 4-6 years experience in E-Commerce / Marketing Performance / Partnership or Business development.
  • Possess Data-driven, Analytical, Presentation, Communication, Stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent in English language. (TOEIC > 550).
  • High adaptability and able to travel upcountry as assign.
  • Leadership skill is a must.
