Customer Advisor - CGS Business

Job Summary:


• Responsible for taking care of both existing agents/customers and acquired customers and maintain a good relationship.
• Take care of customer via phone call and respond through social media such as Line@, Facebook, website.
• Manage and propose sales solution, Smart Structure, and SCG products to customers.
• Reserve time table and manage schedule of site visiting.
• Follow delivery status for customers.
• Handle feedback and suggestions of customers.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field.
• At least 2.7 GPA for Bachelor Degree and 3.3 for Master Degree.
• Having at least 2 years of experiences in Customer Services field.
• Strong abilities in sales and negotiations.
• Excellent communication in both Thai and English
• Skill to consult and capture content issues.
• Ability to work in high-pressured environment.
• Able to work at CPAC Bangson.
