Job Summary:

motivated Human Resource Officer for a full-time working position. In this role, you will have the
chance to work closely with our HR team and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.

In HR department in SCG Vietnam Co., LTD is serving as coordinator and organize of Corporate
Learning & Development programs, Employee engagement activities, Job fair, Internship program
and others assigned HR tasks.
 

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening
resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. You will also
support the onboarding process for new comer of SCG Vietnam Co., LTD.
• Expat mobility: Monitor the up-to-date of authority’s procedure that related to foreign
worker, to ensure the compliance of assignment to work in Vietnam of SCG international
staffs. You will also collaborate with Admin department to provide end-to-end support for
expat of SCG Vietnam Co., LTD
• HR networking: develop and enhance both internal and external network that related to
HR, to ensure business efficiency.
• Other assistance by assignment such as Employee engagement, Learning & Development

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in an HR position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passionate in HR field and have a “sale” mindset.
• Be able to work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Excellent communication in Vietnamese.
