Job Summary:

Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and fluent in Chinese? We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in the Packaging Paper industry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. Your ability to effectively communicate in Chinese will be key in successfully expanding our client base in the Chinese market. Marketing & Sales: (60%)
• Effectively present and introduce VKPC’s company profile, product portfolio, and applications to clients.
• Manage and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
• Maintain regular and scheduled visits to existing customers to ensure continuous support and relationship enhancement.
• Proactively identify and develop new clients and market opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer payments according to financial procedures.

Surveying, Analyzing, and Reporting: (25%)
• Conduct thorough market analysis focusing on demand trends, market prices, and overall economic conditions.
• Regularly update information on customer and competitor activities, maintaining a keen understanding of market dynamics.
• Collect and analyze competitor samples and strategies to adjust company approaches accordingly.

Coordinating and Service: (10%)
• Provide exemplary technical service and respond promptly to customer claims and complaints.
• Handle sales-related documentation and marketing materials preparation.• Coordinate with internal teams to advise on delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

Others: (5%)
• Adhere to company's operational procedures and systems.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.


• Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the paper or packaging industry.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (HSK 4 or above).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Exhibits a professional demeanor, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to take initiative.
• Be able to work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
