Learning Architect Assistant Manager - Contract

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

    - Customers empathy: Identify and analyze problems, business objectives and translate to knowledge, skill and performance solutions.
   - Curriculum development (learning objectives, learning methodology, etc.): Enhance learning effectiveness and engagement.
   - Content creation: Create content that relevant to learner's needs and also organize content to make it easily accessible for learners.
   - Instructional Design: Create Engaging and effective learning experience.
   - Evaluation assessment: Evaluate strategies and methods to measure the effectiveness/impact of learning interventions and continuously improve learning programs.
   - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and create their buy-in to support learning program.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor or Master degree in learning and development field would be advantage.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Learning Architect, Learning and Development (L&D), or related field.
• Ability to understand the diverse needs and preferences of learners and create inclusive learning experiences.                                  
• Strong interpersonal communication to effectively convey complex concepts, articulate learning objectives, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Solid interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure successful implementation of learning programs.
• Continuous learning to stay in business trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field of L&D.
