Assistant Manager - Feedstock Sourcing & Planning, Chemicals Business

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Understand basic fundamentals of Olefins feedstock market (naphtha, LPG, NGL, etc) and market factors to express short-term view.
• Comprehensively evaluate supply source for feedstock planning, sourcing, and execution for more value.
• Negotiate terms and conditions and carry out contracts with partners independently following to feedstock purchasing plan.
• Manage related feedstock partners for common interest and satisfaction. Handle conflicts and propose solutions for conclusion.  Identify and arrange modifications for improvement
• Control end-to-end of feedstock supply chain and synchronize activities with related functions (eq. chartering, optimization, license, operation support, production planning, risk management, etc) to achieve smooth operation & competitive feedstock supply for all SCGC facilities
• Maintain and improve feedstock purchasing database.  

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science or related fields.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate.
• Good command in English both writing and speaking. (TOEIC at least 550/ IELTS at least 4.0/ TOEFL at least 31).
• Have experience 2 years minimum in related field
• Understanding basic fundamental of Olefins feedstock market is a plus
• Strong interpersonal persuasion, communication, and creative problem-solving skills                                    
• Able to take oversea post for minimum of 2 years (Singapore / Qatar), and to work and adapt quickly in different cultural environments                                    
• Able to work across time zone with flexible schedule
