Assistant Manager - Cloud & Infrastructure Services

• Manage IT outsourcing vendors and ensure services are delivered according to SLAs.

• Oversee IT Service Management and IT Operations to ensure efficiency and stability.

• Manage IT contracts and control expenses in alignment with the approved budget.

• Support the enhancement of IT infrastructure in line with organizational strategies and emerging technologies.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• IT Operations & Support – Manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure system stability and availability.

• Project Management – Plan, coordinate, and monitor Cloud and Infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Incident Management – Handle and resolve IT incidents promptly to minimize downtime.

• Client & Server Management – Manage servers, endpoints, and network systems to ensure security and performance.

• Infrastructure & System Management – Plan, manage, and enhance IT infrastructure including Cloud, Virtualization, and Networking systems.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Virtual Machines, Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and Networking.

• Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and task prioritization.

• Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT Service Management best practices.

• Service-minded with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS/Azure/GCP Certification, or VMware Certified Professional are advantageous.
