  • Analyze HR trend and benchmark and employee data
  • Formulate P&O Strategy MTP/ Annual Plan formulation
  • Propose to upgrade HRM system or policy/ guideline in line with business situations
  • Integrate and replicate 2P2S HR system & process (9 core process) in order to measure P&O maturity for improvement
  • Get VOC from HRBP and Top Management to propose proactive recommendation/solution


  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development , Management, Economics or related fields
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
  • Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550)
  • Having at least 5-8 years of experience in  HR Strategy and/or HRBP is preferable
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations                                                
  • Solid in developing solutions based on facts/data 
  • Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill
  • Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion and creative problem-solving skill
