หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and establish success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise recommendations for process improvements, system enhancements, or new initiatives.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with technical capabilities and architectural standards.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.
