Category Sourcing Specialist

เนื้องานโดยย่อ:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories to drive new business models.
• Manage corporate agreements, purchase orders, and supplier performance to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee supplier evaluations, procurement compliance, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business goals.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Develop and execute indirect sourcing strategies to optimize procurement operations.
• Manage supplier contracts, performance monitoring, price negotiations, and issue resolution.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Maintain accurate procurement data in automated systems and drive process improvements.
• Foster collaboration with domestic and regional stakeholders to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Develop SLAs and manage supplier portfolios for better category management.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage with preferred and non-preferred suppliers to meet technical and business needs.
• Leverage product knowledge to provide alternative sourcing solutions and recommendations.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, supply chain management, economics, engineering, or other related fields. 
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing or Sourcing.
• Expertise in category management for specific product categories, such as electronics, construction materials, chemical raw materials, etc.
• Experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and data analytics (e.g. Excel, SQL, BI Report)
• Strong Digital Literacy, problem solving, and Analytical skills 
• Strong background in Industrial Segment Preferred
• Strong Entrepreneur mindset, Hands-on and "CAN DO" Attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency in the Business dimension
• Flexible to travel and work in overseas as per assignment
