Category Sourcing Specialist

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Responsible for develop Indirect categories sourcing strategies and execute strategies to raise up new business models.
• Manages corporate/strategic agreements and purchase orders including monitoring performance, prices, and certifications; exercising of options, conducting market analysis, and negotiating prices; cradle to grave maintenance of agreements/subcontracts and purchase order files; issuing modifications as necessary; assisting management in resolving supplier problems; and resolving invoicing issues with Finance and Accounting.
• Oversees/evaluates potential suppliers and ongoing performance. Performs periodic reviews of procurement actions for compliance with policies and procedures, competition, and prime contract requirements.
• Ensures that all necessary data is entered and maintained in automated systems; provides feedback on data quality and system/ process improvement opportunities
• Engage and Collaborate with stakeholders (Domestic and Regional) to achieve business goals.
• Responsible for SLA development thru' Category, Supplier portfolio management and SKU rationalization.
• Identify and collaborate with Preferred suppliers that can meet the technical needs of the request; may require collaboration with non-Preferred suppliers or a search for new suppliers which can support the technical requirements of the product.
• Utilize product knowledge to provide alternative product solutions or recommendations in competitive situations or when a functional equivalent is permitted

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or related fields. 
• Experiences in procurement/sales engineer related fields will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and data analytic (e.g. Excel, SQL, BI Report)
• Strong Digital Literacy, problem solving and Analytical skills 
• Strong background in Industrial Segment Preferred
• Strong Entrepreneur mindset, Hands-on and "CAN DO" Attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency in Business dimension
• Flexible to travel and work in overseas as per assignment
