Financial Planning & Management - SCG Packaging

เนื้องานโดยย่อ:

• Arranging various source of fund for company such as short term/long term loan and debenture.
• Refinancing loan structure to be in line with SCG financial policy.
• Financial risk management such as FX, interest rate, liquidity
• Supporting debenture filling submission and issuance including debenture holder relationship management.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Acquiring and negotiating terms and conditions for ST&LT loan.
• Reviewing loan agreement and other financial agreement.
• Preparing cash flow prejection/financial reports and providing consultation for financial planning issues.
• Supporting debenture filling and issuance and arranging debenture holder relationship management and activities.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Finance and accounting, MBA, or similar major (G.P.A. > 2.70 for Bachelor and G.P.A. > 3.30 for Master).
• Good command of English (TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31)
• Work experience in Financial Planning & Management is a preferred.
• Knowledge of Basic finance.
• Good communication and service mind.
