เนื้องานโดยย่อ:

As an HR Overseas Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting SCG’s international operations across ASEAN and other regions. You will collaborate with cross-border HR teams and business leaders to ensure alignment of global talent practices with SCG’s strategic direction. Your responsibilities will focus on overseas employee lifecycle management, talent mobility, expatriate support, and coordination of global HR initiatives to foster an engaged, diverse, and high-performing international workforce.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

1.Coordinate International HR Operations:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administration for SCG’s overseas subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and SCG's HR policies.

2.Expatriate & Talent Mobility Support:

  • Manage expatriate assignments including relocation, onboarding, benefits, and performance tracking.
  • Facilitate cross-country talent movements and international transfers.

3.Talent Acquisition & Development Support:

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding local talents in overseas markets.
  • Coordinate training, development, and engagement programs across international locations.

4.HR Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases for international staff.
  • Provide HR analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

5.Employee Relations & Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries from overseas offices.
  • Promote SCG culture and values across borders through internal communication initiatives.

6.Special Projects:

  • Contribute to regional HR projects such as talent pipeline development, employer branding, and diversity & inclusion efforts in overseas markets.

คุณสมบัติ:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, International Business, or related fields.(Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.70 for Undergraduate and 3.30 for Post-graduate studies)
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English a minimum TOEIC score of 550 or B1 level proficiency is required
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Vietnamese, Bahasa, or Chinese) are a plus.
  • 0–3 years of HR experience; international exposure or internships abroad is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Ability to travel internationally and work across time zones and cultures.
  • Passion for HR and working in a multicultural environment.
