HR Digital & Technology Manager

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

Oversee all HR Technology system, develops and manages HR Technology project roadmap, demonstrate expertise at the project level, build partnerships with relevant stakeholder team

• Partner with business and HR Digital & Technology teams to evaluate complex business problems and lead a team to provide  technological solutions.
• Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement.
• Oversees and maintains internal HR information systems which may include SAP, Success factor , Learning Management Systems, Database management, In-house Apps, Extensions, Web Service APIs.
• Mentor and guide the HR Technology team also ensure the team has ongoing training and development objectives to continue to deliver exceptional solutions and services.
• Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems, and reports.
• Special projects as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's degree in Computing or Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of working experience in HR Technology area.
• Previous experience managing configurations, system architecture, confidential data with the SAP SuccessFactors or ERP systems is a must.
• Experience transforming HR overall systems and tools roadmap, and able to demonstrate strong project leadership skills.
• Advanced project management skills and knowledge of project management practices.
• Effective leadership, consulting, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent command in English both written and spoken.
