Human Resources Overseas Specialist - SCGJWD

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Development and implementation of regional HR policies and procedures, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
• Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations across Asean countries and ensure compliance with these laws in all HR-related activities.
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of regional HR training programs.
• Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary issues.
• Assist with the coordination of international payroll and benefits administration, working closely with  teams and vendors as needed.
• Assist with the coordination of immigration and work visa processes.
• Identify and implement HR best practices to improve HR processes and services across multiple countries.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Thai nationality, Male/Female.
• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences, Business Administration or other related fields.
• At least 3 -5 years of experiences in HRM all functions.
• Experiences in HR Overseas, international labor laws and regional compliance will be advantage.
• Good computer skills in MS Office.
• Ability to travel overseas i.e. Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia where SCGJWD has operations.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and correspondence (TOEIC > 550).
