Planning Engineer (Power Plant) - Eco Plant Services (Bangkok Based)

• VSPP Power Plant & Renewable filed 
• Fuel MSW & Industrial waste Power Plant is special consideration 
• EPC Business turn key (Engineering, Procurement an Construction) 
• Satisfy Owner Requirement based Design, Regulation, Law,Standard code and advise costumer solution 
• Provide design in Safe operation & maintenance with recommended solution to owner 
• Fairly know process of related permits EIA,EHIA, COP, Construction permit, Factory License requirement and PEA, ERC 

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Continue plan, schedule, coordinate, control and manage execution of the VSPP Power Plant Project until completion by Microsoft Project
• Continue regular daily updates of the Live Master Schedule e.g.
• Continue weekly updates of the Live Master Schedule as per the weekly update
• Continue monthly updates of the Live Master Schedule as per the monthly update 
• Prepare 3 weeks lookahead based on the actual progress and current site conditions
• Facilitate the weekly progress meeting discussing the previous week progress and the 3 week lookahead with all the Supervisors and Management Team
• Coordination with sub-contractors of all involvement to the Project 
• Invites / attend meetings with sub-contractors as required
• Preparation of Daily Reports, Weekly Reports and the Monthly Reports 
• Monitoring daily manpower and equipment status and the daily activities at the project site. Updating weekly schedule progress percent complete on the prepared measurement excel spread sheet tools. 
• Analysing / assessing the cause of delays and provide suggestions to the Project Manager/ Site Manager to discuss with Construction Team of the mitigating action necessary to be undertaken to catch up the delays. 
• Prepare the Manpower and Progress S-Curve (plan vs actual). 
• Updating progress percent complete on a monthly basis in Excel 
• Attending the daily action meeting, weekly progress meeting and the monthly progress meeting with the Client / Owner.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (GPA > 2.70)
• 3-5 years experience in power plant construction
• Excellent skill in Microsoft Project
• Understand basic overall process of Power plant 
• Basic knowledge in rotating machine such Boiler feed water Pump, Fans and Valves type, Piping, Pressure part ASME ,ASTM ,ANSI, JIS,DIN,GB,EN     
• Commissioning and test of machinaries and piping such pressure test, Cleaning, leak test in Water ,Air, Chemical Etc.   
• Basic knowledge of Operation & maintenance in Power plant, Consumption & consumable for running Power plant, Discharge ash treatment, Flue gas emission control, Water regulation
