Production Engineer - Acetylene Black (SCG Affiliated Company)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Develop a production plan to align with activities in the production process and prepare the Operation Weekly Report.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare performance forecasts, anticipate potential problems, and propose solutions and improvements to maintain process efficiency.
• Provide guidance and act as a consultant to production unit supervisors and staff on daily operations or problem-solving to ensure adherence to the production plan. Analyze and propose solutions for chronic problems in the production process.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare Equipment Performance Reports, anticipate potential issues, and propose solutions and improvements to maintain the efficiency of equipment and machinery.
• Monitor various parameters in the production process to ensure products meet specified control values. When products are off-spec, provide guidance on problem-solving and establish preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Design or improve systems and production processes to ensure the plant remains cost-competitive, operates safely, and does not impact the environment or community. Coordinate with relevant parties to implement improvement plans.
• Seek opportunities and new technologies to develop and improve production processes (daily operation improvement).
• Enhance product value (product upgrading).
• Review, assess, and analyze process hazards (Process Hazard Analysis: PHA) and propose recommendations (PHA Recommendations).
• Review and update process design documents (Process Safety Information: PSI).
• Review and evaluate compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Good communication in English skills
• 3-5 years of experience in a chemical production environment.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Process engineering input to ensure plant safeguarding requirements are met
• Technical support on process or operation to improve process capability, efficiency and quality
• Experience in chemical or manufacturing industries preferred
• Familiarity with acetylene or carbon black production processes is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
