QA Engineer (SCG Digital Office)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Estimate, prioritize, coordinate and plan testing activities
• Ensure quality in own assigned scope/tickets are met customer expectations
• Understand the testing concept, basic testing technique, software life cycle and Agile fundamental process
• Strong identify, escalate and manage possible Risks
• Practicing root cause analysis to prevent repeating the same defect leakage to customers
• Review requirements and specification documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Able to adjust and adapt to work and become familiar with a new project within 1-2 weeks timeframe (with support from senior QA/Manager)
• Provide technical inputs on quality gaps to the development team to improve product quality
• Help and support Junior and other senior QA in the same team to get on board faster
• Mentor and guide junior QA, providing coaching on functional testing techniques and best practices.
• Be able to work on the assigned projects with 20% support from Team leader/Senior
• Identify Risks and seek out to provide preventive actions/avoidable actions
• Response for own testing scope to ensure that the testing is complete follow commitment
• Familiar with own product knowledge and share information among QA group
• Support business and technical knowledge to the team member

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Have Experiences in software testing or QA-related roles
• Having 0-2 year's experience in a QA lead position.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, and testing best practices.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing is a plus.
• Strong in communication, process oriented, and problem solving skills
