Senior Strategic & Business Planning, Chemicals Business

เนื้องานโดยย่อ:

• Lead, facilitate, and consolidate business strategy formulation in assigned areas, including MTP or AP and financial projection/implication.
• Provide consultancy/analysis for business strategy formulation in assigned area.
• Provide support for MTP and AP decoding and dissemination sessions.
• Develop and consolidate contents to support management discussions and negotiations with internal and external parties

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Lead the consolidation of strategy execution progress report.
• Lead and consolidate business performance and financial analysis reports to BU including IR report, and etc.
• Review business situations/market movements as well as monitor and execute related improvement activities at BU-level.
• Perform complex analysis for business decision (short-term)
• Share best practices or new knowledge in order to generate idea and execute project.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Science, Technology, Business, Chemicals Engineering or related fields 
• At least 2.7 GPA for Bachelor's Degree and 3.3 for Master's Degree
• Experience at least 3 years in Business Financial Analysis & Modeling or the relevant field. 
• Excellent communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 700)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Have a commercial sense and marketing knowledge
• Handle situations under pressure efficiently
• Positive thinking and eagerness to learn
• Adaptive, be confident to work well in uncertain circumstances
