หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

  • Execute Improvement plan to ensure quality of services 
  • Implement operating platform to speed up service level and improve employee  experience  by digitalization and technology 
  • Collaborate and communicate employee regarding HR tools &  frameworks, mechanism, and application 
  • Collect feedback or suggestion from Customer & Stakeholders each HR programs to  improve own work
  • Collect and Analyze Recruitment Data from various source ie: internship, Internal and, External to develop recruitment strategies based on market evidence to ensure business competitiveness.

คุณสมบัติ:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, Management, Economics or related fields
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.70 for Undergraduate and 3.30 for Post-graduate studies
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
  • At least 5 years experiences related to HR field Experiences are included Stakeholder Management, Career Mangement, Performance Management and Competency Management
  • Have Proficiency in MS Office - Be applicable to all system provided by the company such as EBG, SAP, e-HR, AllPay, E-memo - Strong understanding WI and operating of routine jobs.
  • Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill
  • Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficient in Data Analytic & Visualization tools
