Process Automation Engineer - Rayong Based, SCG Chemicals

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Process Control & Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining process control & automation systems to ensure efficient and safe production operations. You will work closely with the process engineer, production engineers/technicians, DCS engineers and maintenance staffs to achieve optimal process performance.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Advanced Process Control design, modeling, tuning and automatic procedure development following roadmap and execution plan to support optimization strategy and plant improvement
• Identify process control & optimization improvement opportunities
• Apply and maintain all developed process control and automation technologies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advanced process control system technologies and trends
• Communicate and engage with production operation team in process control & automation application execution to maintain application performance and provide required support
• May provide training to opertors and engineer on the use of advanced process control system (APC), RTO and Automation program

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology or related fields. 
• Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550).
• Advance Process Control Experience (for example: Yokogawa PACE, Aspen DMC3, Yokogawa ExaSMOC) and RTO (Real time Optimization)
• Regulatory Control (PID Tuning), Automation program such as Yogokawa Exapilot
• Having at least 3 years of working experiences in Automation is preferable
• Knowledgeable and able to develop a Simulation program for chemical engineering: DCS, Python is a must
• Positive thinking and Eager to learn, Adaptive, be confident to work well in an uncertain situation. 
• Able to work in Rayong province
