Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and teamwork to achieve quality objectives and deliver superior products/services to our customers.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage a team of QA/QC professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure that all documentation and records related to QA/QC activities are maintained accurately and up-to-date.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulatory updates, technological advancements, and industry trends to proactively address potential risks and opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability across the organization through effective communication and training programs.
  • Participate in customer meetings, audits, and certifications to demonstrate the company's commitment to quality and compliance.

 

Qualifications:

  • An engineering degree with experience in Quality Management. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control roles 
  • Knowledge of EPC business is essential. 
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) 
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing quality management systems and processes.  
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and motivate teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Auditor) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in quality management software/tools and MS Office Suite.   
  • Able to work at Rayong.
