Quality Management Engineer

เนื้องานโดยย่อ:

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Conduct lab testing of feedstocks, intermediates, and product batches: purity, density, moisture, GC/MS, etc.
• Coordinate process sampling and real-time testing during production to uphold product specifications.
• Maintain lab equipment calibration and QA/QC documentation per ISO/SCGC standards.
• Investigate abnormal quality events, lead root-cause analyses, and implement CAPAs.
• Produce QC/microbiological/environmental reports; analyze trends and present to operations teams.
• Conduct QC training for operators and technicians.
• Participate in audit preparation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TIS 18001, ISO/IEC 17025) and supplier assessments.
• Ensure environmental and safety compliance; monitor wastewater and emissions quality.

คุณสมบัติ:

• B.Eng./B.Sc. in Chemical, Polymer, Materials, or related field.
• ≥ 1 year of QC/lab experience in petrochemical or chemical manufacturing.
• Proficient in lab instrumentation (GC, HPLC, titration, moisture analyzers).
• Familiar with ISO-based quality systems; lab accreditation desired.
• Fluent in English (TOEIC 550).
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Competent in MS Office and lab data systems.
