Terminal Planning and Scheduling Engineer (Rayong based) - MTT, Chemicals business

The Terminal Planning and Scheduling Engineer plays a critical role in coordinating jetty and tank operations to ensure efficient product transfers and inventory management. This position requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, third parties and government agencies. The role involves optimizing scheduling, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting terminal maintenance to minimize service disruptions. It also includes advising customers on vessel scheduling and inventory planning while upholding high standards of service reliability and safety.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Plan and coordinate import/export schedules, jetty and tank management to ensure efficient and seamless terminal operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to confirm equipment readiness, manage inventory, and provide guidance on vessel laycan planning.
• Monitor and implement maintenance and inspection plans to minimize operational disruptions and resolve unforeseen issues promptly.
• Ensure full compliance with customs/excise regulations; documentation, the permit renewals, and special consultation.
• Generate reports for customers and authorities, manage invoicing based on contracts and BOI privileges, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Lead or support special project assignments, providing tailored solutions and cross-functional coordination to meet service expectations.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
• Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work in Rayong province
