• Manage and oversee product sales through the company’s own e-commerce website by analyzing market opportunities and customer needs to drive sales performance.
• Handle backend sales operations, including promotion setup and product listing management, while also building brand awareness and trust among target customers through digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Analyze customer behavior and competitor data to identify sales opportunities and select additional products that align with diverse customer demands

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Manage online shop on website to gain sales volume with high visibility, balancing sales promotion and budgeting
• Analyze customers portfolio with RFM model to develop personalize marketing, sales promotion to upselling and bundling products 
• Analyze and monitoring online competitors movement
• Analyze productsportfoilo to identify new products list to fulfill customers need by outsourcing food packaging product and related products 
• Build brand awareness and engagement to increase sales opportunies through social media (Facebook, TIKTOK and Others) and event to increase new user and website visitors

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields (G.P.A. > 2.70)
• Good command of English (TOEIC score > 550)
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient in MS Office and Canva
• Responsible, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills
• Able to work efficiently with attention to detail and a winning mindset
• Passionate about online marketing with an understanding of marketing communication and brand communication
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, enjoy challenges, and always strive for improvement
