Assistant HR Services Manager, Chemicals Business (Bangkok)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide employee insights and relevant inputs from various sources, e.g. employee surveys, engagement/pulse checks, employee feedback, data analysis, to market HR lead to developing an action plan in the EX journey relevant plans
  • Partner with BPs to design employee experience programs focusing on optimizing employee experience for designated employee segments/ teams
  • Provide input to the design of employee engagement satisfaction surveys
  • Derive preliminary insights from survey results and propose enhancements to employee experience and well-being
  • Lead and drive design perspective in holistic execution of employee matters with other HR partners
  • Drive employer branding and EVP through the programs
  • Develop and improve HR processes and systems such as HRIS, Payroll, Benefit and Welfare etc.
  • Study and propose for new HR process and system to be more efficient of shared service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in related field
  • Ages not over 40 years old 
  • Having at least 3 years experience in HR management such as HRIS, Payroll, Benefit and Welfare etc.
  • Having experience in Culture & Change Management, Continuous improvement
  • Experience in management and engagement of key stakeholders and third-party service providers as well as outsourced teams
  • Excellence Transactional management and customer service excellence
  • Good end to end understanding of HR processes, policies and case management
  • Skills of Analytical and Insights, Project Management, Conflict Management, Change & Communication
