Assistant Manager - Commercial & Customer , Chemicals Business

Job Summary:

An integral position bridging the gap between digital technology and business functions. The preferred candidates will be responsible for enhancing sales applications, utilizing customer functions data to foster business growth, and optimizing digital strategies. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams, requiring proficiency in both business and digital technology.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering, including prioritize business requirements or improvements.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Design and oversee the implementation of sales application and enhancements.
• Project Management: Ensuring that solutions are delivered on time with good quality and within budget.
• Data Analysis and Reporting, aim to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and the effectiveness of sales activities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between Digital and sales departments. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in  IT, Supply Chain, Engineering or related fields
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
• Having at least 3 years of experience in business analyst or project management is preferred
• Have service mind-set, Positive thinking and eager to learn
• Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills
