Assistant Manager-HR System

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

1.HR system development and implementation

• Provide insights from HR trend and research applied to initiatives or interventions to improve HR system
• Design, implement and monitor the progress of HR policy application, practice and process

2. HR Planning, monitoring and reporting

• Develop and maintain HR guideline, tools, and digital platform (STAR application)
• Organize Executive meeting on HR related agenda and follow up progression
• Coordinate and lead on HR reporting to senior management, internal and external stakeholders

3. HR Management (Management level and above)

• Accountable for individual performance management and rewarding policy as well as annual budget planning
• Act as focal point and coordinator for HR Management (Performance & Rewarding, Promotion, and Talent Segmentation)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field
• GPAX at least 2.70 for Bachelor’s Degree and 3.30 for Master’s Degree.
• Having at least 3 years experience in relevant professional working experience including strategic HR management and/or organization development preferably in an international organization, conglomerate or diversified businesses and/or consulting firm.
• TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31/BULATS at least 40.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to identify assumption and propose logical arguments.
• Planning and coordination skills, anticipates risks, and adjust goals within area of responsibility
• Adapt to change with flexibility, able to be reserved, in control and good humored even under pressure
• Ability to work effectively with others showing leadership and followership with the right balance to achieve organization outcome
