Assistant Manager - Integrated Business System (Value Chain) - TPE, Chemicals Business

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultancy and train employee for implementing process/system
• Co-facilitate function staff to formulate action plan , idea generation 
• Build capability function staff to consult small group 
• Audit/Diagnose/Assess process and system to identify opportunity for improvement  
• Execute implementing system as plan
• Follow up/Monitor progress of process (action plan, small group)
• Analyze issues from process & system and propose solutions to function

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
• Having Experience in polyolefin or plastic business is a plus. 
• Have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to break down complex problems
• Have a systematic thinking and logical reasoning
• Being able to effectively collaborate, communicate, and build relationships
• Good handle under pressure management situations.
