Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage posting of international assignment and foreign locations Terms & Conditions contract and agreements, Payment Schemes; both employees and JV partner, if any  
  • As a country focal point, coordinate with HRBP team to develop compensations for salary, incentives, relocation, and recommendations on assignment so as to ensure market competitiveness within the geographical location.
  • Ensure aligned and integrated people strategy and people management in subsidiary company
  • Manage HR Dashboard, reports and queries for executive management and internal customers.
  • Assist in development of new benefit plans or modification to existing plans to maintain cost of living standard or a competitive position in the market.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration laws, tax laws etc.
  • Join the due diligence team for integration process of international assignment and HR practices of M&A companies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in related field
  • 3 - 5 years experiences in HRM, HR Strategy and/or Compensation & Benefits preferably in an international environment
  • Hands-on experience or interested in International HR, Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility Services, is an advantage
  • Good command of communication in English
  • Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill
  • Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion and creative problem-solving skill
