Job Summary:


  • Formulate and execute corporate branding strategy to support business strategy and sustainability / ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy.
  • Use data-driven insights to measure and continuously enhance corporate branding and corporate narrative.                
  • Create various types of content and communication materials such as press releases, photo captions, artworks, posters, videos, social media posts, etc. through internal and external collaboration.
  • Organize events of various kinds and scales (press conferences, seminars, webinars, press briefing, MoU, PR photo shooting, CSR events).
  • Conduct media planning (own, earned, paid) to support key campaigns, working closely with media agencies to deliver cost-effective and high-impact paid media.  
  • Establish and maintain relations with key media (industrial, business, innovation, sustainability, CSR, environmental).
  • Plan and execute crisis communications, monitoring and responding to issues on social media effectively and quickly to prevent escalation to crises to lessen impacts on stakeholders.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication Designs, Communication Arts, Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of work experience in communications, public relations, branding, marketing, and other related fields
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
  • Deep understanding of corporate brand strategy, positioning, and segmentation for external audiences
  • Ability to build deep relationships and networks with key media, decision makers, and influencers
  • Strong media relations with leading traditional and online media outlets
  •  Ability to work through ambiguity and define a path forward through strategic planning and partnerships in order to drive outcomes
  • Good personality, interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented, well-organized, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills – writing (news, script, presentation), translation, creative thinking, message crafting, having good taste for works
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and social media (Familiarity with design software, photo / video editing software, or web design is advantageous.)
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Ability to deal with ad-hoc tasks and work under pressure
