Job Summary:

Transform the core operations by using digital solution through open innovation approach


  • Work with BUs to identify the game-changing digital initiatives (big bets in high uncertainty / high reward areas)
  • Promote and facilitate the change management in BUs along with open innovation journey
  • Engage with BU team (front line & digital BU leads) for value creation opportunity identification & prioritization, proof-of-concept (PoC) & solution validation, and scale up
  • Assess overall impact of digital transformation from open innovation
  • Manage relationship and expectation of business partners through collaboration with SCG
  • Be center of excellence (CoE) & develop SCG standard practice for open innovation - e.g. tech partner evaluation, agile & sprint approach for tech validation, tech adoption process, licensing, etc.



  • Bachelor / Master degree in related field
  • Experience in Digital Business or Business Development field is a must
  • Deep curiosity for all things digital and demonstrate ability to learn new technical concepts & solutions quickly
  • Organize complex concepts & technologies into an easy-to-understand story and solution
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion to work within a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment; Must be comfortable with ambiguity; Bias towards action; Capacity to engage & inspire.
  • Strategic thinker with business judgment
  • Project management skills for multiple initiatives & Can work under pressure
  • Relationship management skills with both internals & externals
  • Can travel abroad & upcountry
  • Fluent in English
