Business Development and Partnerships (Seller management- BIG TH)

Responsibilities:

  • Hunting and encouraging sellers to come on board in the platform, includes offline and online                        
  • Managing the merchant relationships including the onboarding process                        
  • Design of the partnership model and value proposition                        
  • Negotiate with the partners                        
  • Seller lifecycle journeys: review of the current sales funnels (acquisition/ activation/ onboarding), design of needed changes and operationalization                        
     

Qualifications:

  • GPA > 2.7 in Bachelor’s Degree and GPA > 3.30 in Master's degree.
  • Have 4-6 years experience E-Commercer / Marketing Performance / partnership or business development
  • Have skill; Data-driven, Analytical, Presentation , Communication, Stakeholder management 
  • Excellent in English language. (TOEIC > 550)
