Business Performance and Credit Management Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Planning, monitoring and analysis marketing Strategy , marketing plan and execution.
• Planning, monitoring and analysis business performance and annual budget.
• Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and performing both variance analysis and financial analysis.
• Monitor and analyze customer data about projected financial data from the financial statements.
• Analysis and auditing of financial data and other information necessary and relevant for the analysis of customer risk.
• Establish a daily, monthly, quarterly data management mechanism, regularly outputting deliverables such as credit analysis reports etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economic, supply chain or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.70 for Undergraduate and 3.30 for Post-graduate studies
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
• Proven experience in business performance and credit management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
