Category Manager (Q-Chang)

Responsibilities:
- Drive and own GMV, revenue collection and gross profit for the responsible service category.
- Deeply understand service portfolios, identify supply gap in term of selection and sales, and provide direction and input to develop new service to complete the portfolio.
- Develop strategies for business growth and align with internal teams to work toward the plan.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for Q-Chang to improve its services and to grow into new sales channel.
- Drive new business collaboration to enable online and offline merchants with Q-Chang services - reach out to them, understand their needs, and find a place for them in our ecosystem where we can have a win-win situation to scale Q-Chang services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-create solutions to address business needs and overcome system limitations.
- Responsible for ensuring that content of all products meets standard, highly readability, graphically beautiful and technically accurate.
- Analyze existing website layout and customer journey, and work with Product Owner to recommend improvement plans for better category sales.
Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial and data-driven.
- Ideally 2-4 years of working experienced preferably in Sales, Key Account Management, Merchandising, or Business Development.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any business-related field (BBA, Marketing, IE, Econ, etc.)
- Candidates with e-commerce experiences or have category knowledge in home improvement products and building materials (Ceramics, tiles, floorings, or furniture) are preferable.
- Ability to sell and present well over phone and in person.
- Good communication capability in English.
