Responsibilities:
- To responsible day to day operation of inbound, outbound call and chat through various channel (phone, email, and chat) and expected result are as following
- Ensure calls and chats are answered within committed service levels
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Inquiries are addressed efficiently
- Request are completed with ease
- Complaints are resolved swiftly
- Coordinate with internal team on escalated customer complaints and other issues
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities.
- Complete other tasks assigned by line Managers
- Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Candidates with experience in customer center is the MUST
- Excellent communication of spoken and written Thai along active listening
- Responsible and able to work under pressure
- Self-driven, have growth and flexible mindset to work in fast paced environment
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
