Customer Service (Q-CHANG)

Responsibilities:

  • To responsible day to day operation of inbound, outbound call and chat through various channel (phone, email, and chat) and expected result are as following
    • Ensure calls and chats are answered within committed service levels
    • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
    • Inquiries are addressed efficiently
    • Request are completed with ease
    • Complaints are resolved swiftly
  • Coordinate with internal team on escalated customer complaints and other issues
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by line Managers
  • Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Candidates with experience in customer center is the MUST
  • Excellent communication of spoken and written Thai along active listening
  • Responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Self-driven, have growth and flexible mindset to work in fast paced environment
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
