Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (buyers /sellers /installers) through our communication channels (Facebook / Line@ / Email/ phone).
  • Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc.
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field
  • Experience resolving conflict, analyzing complex information and situations is adventage
  • Good commmand in English, TOEIC score must equal to or above 550
  • Strong customer emphaty and service mind
  • Strong problem-solving skils, communication skills, and active listening skills
  • Good inter-personal skills and attention to details
