Responsibilities:

  • Single customer ID and closely work with Infrastructure team (Data Ops)
  • Customer data analytics and integration
  • Customer dashboard creation and monitoring dashboard and utilize data legs (Data Ops’ infra)
  • Platform owner and platform development with other partners (internal and external)
  • Create data collection for both transaction and non-transaction data collection (แต้มคอนกรีต, แต้มปูน, Online channel, Offline)
  • Customer Data Governance
  • Customer ID & Platform co-develop with Infra team (Data Ops)
  • Platform system monitoring and in-house dev (dynamically for daily management)
  • Transform and digitize CRM platform administration into a more efficiency one.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering), Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.70 for Undergraduate and 3.30 for Post-graduate studies
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in data analytics, statistics, programing, data prediction, coding, machine learning and other related field of data analysis or in data scientist and data engineering field will be advantage. (New graduate are welcome)
  • Semi-Full Stack Skills – Able to prepare data (basic to moderate data engineering), analyze data (moderate to strong), and create visualizations (moderate to strong) using tools like Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Strong Analytical Thinking – Capable of analyzing data logically and using insights to make effective decisions. Experience in customer data analysis or campaign analysis is a plus.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Able to work with various teams (e.g., marketing, IT, product development) to gather complete data and apply it across business functions.
  • Continuous Learning – Open to learning new tools and techniques to improve workflows and stay updated with industry advancements
  • Medium verbal and written in communication skills to deal with business units and marketing teams to turn requirement into data analysis and platform for business 
  • Strong analysis skill, able to crack critical business points out of data. Understand, read and integrate among different sets of data
