Digital Analyst

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Engage business users to gather their software requirements/ business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams.
• Translate stakeholder requirements including functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/ process diagrams, and data flow/ model diagrams into deliverables.
• Define project requirements and identify project milestones.
• Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
• Assist with designing, documenting and maintaining system processes.
• Persuade internal and external stakeholders to understand the benefits of new technology or strategies.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to product team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or a related field.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate.
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skill and proven ability to quickly understand business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in web/ mobile application development is an advantage.
