Key Responsibilities:

  • Achievement in terms of time, deliverables, and outcomes of projects (e.g. awareness, understanding, perception, acceptance, communication effectiveness, satisfaction, number of search volume, target reach, bounce rate, page views) for the assigned theme or business agenda
  • Identified critical gaps of communications, developmental action plans, initiatives, and execution (e.g. new channels, processes, ways of work, techniques)

Job Summary

  • Act as the strategic communication partner, collaborate with business to get, analyze, and translate business strategy and requirements for the assigned theme or business agenda. 
  • Define targeted stakeholders. Develop communication objectives, strategy, and action plans.
  • Diagnose the business content and provide recommendations for the effective communication solutions and consultations to the business.
  • Develop and execute branded contents, campaigns, and materials that align with communication objectives and strategy.
  • Develop and manage integrated communication channels to reach communication objectives for the assigned theme or business agenda.
  • Measure and assess communication outcomes (e.g. reach, awareness, perception, satisfaction, engagement). Formulate and execute the actions for development.
  • Plan and execute projects and regular special assignments deployed from Enterprise Brand Management Office, SCG.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication Designs, Communication Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Arts or related fields
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
  • Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550)
  • Having experience in digital content creation and social media management (experience in fast-paced environments is advantageous)
  • Extensive knowledge of brand communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Strong drive for accuracy and high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skill and ability to build collaborative relationship
  • Self-motivated with accountability and strong passion in communications
  • Able to work as a team or independently
