Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

1. HRBP for ASEAN Region:

  • Act as the Account Executive (AE) for assigned ASEAN countries, such as Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, etc.

  • Handle end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, performance management, payroll & taxation, manpower budgeting, and other HR-related matters.

  • Provide consultation and support to local Office Managers regarding HR operations, local labor law compliance, and people management practices.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between local HR practices and corporate policies.

2. Thai Employee Management (Outsource & Special Contract):

  • Oversee and ensure the accuracy of HR data for outsourced and contract-based Thai employees across various HR systems (e.g., SAP, Payroll Systems).

  • Coordinate with relevant parties for hiring, contract renewal, and termination processes.

  • Provide advice on employee entitlements, compensation, and HR policy compliance.

3. HRBP Support for Bangkok Office:

  • Conduct and coordinate recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and initial screening.

  • Liaise with HR Shared Services for onboarding processes, new hire documentation, and SAP data entry.

  • Support internal HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, performance evaluations, and ad hoc HR projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Business Administration, HR & Organization Management or related fields with a minimum GPA of 2.70.

  • Good command of English (TOEIC score > 550).

  • Open to new graduates; candidates with at least 2 years of experience in HRBP or Human Resources Management will be given special consideration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with line managers and executives.

  • Good interpersonal skills, eager to learn, and highly detail-oriented
