Human Resources Officer - Eco Plant Services

Responsibilities:

HRM :

• Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to fill various positions within the company
• Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Employee Relations :

• Develop and maintain positive relationships between the company and employees
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• (Required G.P.A. > 2.70)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resoureces field
• Knowledge of human resource management principles 
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant labor laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in using Ms.Office and social media platforms
• Attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
