Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor working process to align with KPI
• Process improvement & reduce redundant process for lean operation in order to serve the continuously increasing in transaction of Online Channel & Green Business.
• Give requirements  to  Project Team & IT Team regarding the  API between BIG TH & Netsuit  and New ERP for EV (NetSuite)
• Be involved in the training of NetSuite Project and create manual for working in each process.
• Check UAT case whether all scenarios are available , give feedback to project team when discover the error in UAT and try to complete UAT within timeline.
• Monitor report from NetSuite in order to check the completion & correctness of the document issuing process.
• Be the representative of IBS team to attend the meeting with BU (Existing & New business model) in order to find the solution or improve working process .
• Be the consultant for BU regarding the document process  , combine case and create manual for the department.
• Make a report and accomplish the assigned project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Accounting , International Business, Economics or related fields.
• Experience in international business or online business is a plus.
• Good Thai and English communication skills
• Fast learner, good team player, creative and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Have entrepreneur attitude, growth mindset, leadership skill and maturity
• Ability to work well under pressure
