Key Account Manager(BIG TH)

Job Summary:

Key Account Management, a direct subordinate to the Category Manager, will be responsible for business performance along with managing relationship of partners while assisting in its growth and assuring the smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving GMV and the growth of product categories by considering assortment, promotions and marketing campaign under the direction of category manager
  • Educating sellers on BIG TH features, promotional campaign, and market insights
  • Suggesting promotions & marketing services to sellers, and organizing campaigns to drive a successful result
  • Lead negotiations of key commercial terms and conditions
  • Implement campaigns for new sellers, analyze and report their performance
  • Knowledge sharing and coaching sellers on competitive pricing and campaign preparation
  • Forecast volume and number of new sellers and activities required to incubate them
  • Customer budget management and P&L execution including reimbursement to deliver agreed GMV, take rate, and profit
  • Building good relationships and trust with sellers to understand more about their business and their key success factors
  • Work across business functions to support sellers for daily operation and GMV growth
  • Updating seller team on market and customer insight for supporting category growth
  • Developing strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimizing further customer experience, marketing, pricing and product selection for support brand growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in BBA or related fields
  • 3 years of E-commerce experienced in Key Account, Merchandiser, Business Development would be a plus
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Basic Excel, Pivot, vlookup, PPT
  • Good command of English
