Marketing Planning Manager - Nawaplastic, Chemicals Business

Responsibilities:

• Integrates marketing strategy to ensure alignment with business direction
• Lead strategy development and also the execution deployed from business direction 
• Manage and prioritize strategy implementation by rationalize business impact and to ensure target achievement.
• Provide consultant, resolve issues and build marketing teams’ capabilities to efficient deliver marketing analysis, strategic formulation, planning and also successful execution.
• Function budgeting and monitoring across marketing teams.
• Lead team in strengthening customer interaction for innovation & sustainable business together with building network & connection with key influencers and industry leaders in focused segments.
• Prioritize NPD/NAD project in product portfolio to ensure resource optimization in serving business target

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, etc. 
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
• More than 10 year experience in marketing field
• Good command of English (TOEIC > 550)
• Knowledge in channel management, marketing planning and trade/consumer promotions.
• Communications, presentation, organizing and planning skills
• Experience in leading and managing market analysis and custom research
