Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and branding initiatives based on deep customer and business insights.
  • Design and manage qualitative and quantitative data collection methods to extract actionable conclusions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, sales) to identify survey objectives and align them with broader business goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align strategies, manage expectations, and ensure seamless execution of branding projects.
  • Utilize open-minded and systematic thinking to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive customer-centric projects that enhance overall brand reputation and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field. (Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.70 for Undergraduate and 3.30 for Post-graduate studies)
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
  • 2-3 years of experience in market Research industry (consumer research, survey management) or customer experience strategy, business consulting, strategy development, and/or project management roles.
  • Proficiency in business and data analytics tools such as Excel, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in analyzing statistical data includes the ability to convert qualitative data (non-numerical, descriptive data) into quantitative data (numerical data)
  • Having a strong understanding of business principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in survey software and data analysis tools (SPSS), or similar tools is an advantage.
