Mergers and Acquisitions Executive, Nawaplastic

Job Description:

• Advice on M&A of corporate/commercial projects, including new entities, reorganizations, revenues
• Analyze and prepare business strategies for companies under the Nawaplasgtic group to achieve long term goals as a leader in ASEAN
• Collaboratively work with Overseas companies, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to drive actions towards the strategic direction
   

Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics or relevant field
• Experience in Merger and Acquisitions projects
• Good business analytical skills
• Good presentation skills using PowerPoint and excel
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindsets
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Work well independently and well coordinate with others as project team members
• Has excellent English proficiency (TOEIC >750 is preferable)
