Job Summary:
Q-CHANG is a Home & Living service platform with the mission to ensure quality, transparency, and productivity for the ecosystem in ASEAN. We are operating under the funding from SCG to groom the industry game-changer and we are growing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the organization people development and talent management.
- Ensure that the organization’s development strategies are effectively executed and are aligned with the business direction.
- Initiate and implement the training roadmap and training program focus on Functional competency and Leadership Competency.
- Identifying, planning, and executing needs for training and performance while locating and recommending
- Develop Knowledge management (KM) and Digital learning tools within an organization
- Implement performance management processes including contribution ratings, salary reviews and performance reviews, including performance improvements
- available resources to attain organizations objectives and enhance employee development
- Co-operate with Talend acquisitor to design and update behavior base interview with effectively to get talent candidates
- Initial and implement job family
- Initiate and Implement engagement activities to control engagement score stability.
- Building culture and environment
- Finding and implement new tools for employee development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher In Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field,
- To demonstrate a minimum of 5-10 years of working experience in people development area
- Analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to apply concepts into practical solutions
- Self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change,
- Smart about people; has an ability to communicate with people
- Must be proficient in the use of Ms office, Google series and all necessary for the creation of not only visually but verbally engaging materials, reports and presentations
- Good command in English and self-confident,
- Growth mindset & can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with little direct supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skill, can work well with all levels (across functions to management level)
