Job Summary:


Design and user experience are at the forefront of NocNoc.com. It’s a vital tool to transform and reimagine the future of home-improvement online shopping experience in South East Asia. 

As a Product Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming and testing ideas to tweaking pixels right before launch. Using your full range of visual, interaction and product-thinking skills, you’ll build strategies, prototypes, and tools that will bring this vision to life, then work with cross-functional partners across the company to execute against it. You’ll help us challenge the current boundaries of the product experience, and look closely at how we can push the user experience further. 


  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team spanning user research, product management, data science, engineering, and stakeholder to set a vision, create space for innovative solutions, and develop scalable and high-quality experiences for all. 
  • Crafting flow and experience that is incredibly simple and elegant by exploring divergent concepts and quickly converging ideas based on technical constraints and business goals.

  • Work on all parts of the product design cycle including feature ideation, mockups, prototypes, and creating detailed product specs

  • Conducting usability testing and summarize the result also making the finest decision. 

  • You’ll drive progress through obstacles across the entire product lifecycle by balancing collaboration, alignment, and decisiveness - taking responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way. 

  • Proactively identify opportunities, integrate user feedback, and advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements. 

  • Cultivate a human-centric mindset, and evolve the design practices by evangelizing, coaching, and mentoring others.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, UX, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years+ of experience designing and shipping experience across multiple platforms.

  • Well-versed in data-informed product design and development.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms.

  • Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise. 

  • Strong communication skills, in both Thai and English.

  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to web-based products and mobile applications
