Product Manager (Q-Chang)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Technology team, Sales Operation team and Marketing to take conceptual ideas and turn them into functional and discoverable product features
• Ability to empathize with users and stakeholders, and balance tradeoffs of trends, needs, and pain points  
• Ideate a Minimum Viable Product, test, and measure ASAP
• Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
• Take care of customer journey including online and offline cross-channel experience
• Analyze business requirements and prepare documents for process flows
• Influence to drive alignment in a non-hierarchical environment
• Problem-solving and communications skills (written and verbal) that reflect structured, clear, and objective thinking  
• Identify all issues and resolve it effectively to achieve all objectives.
• Manage complex work, involving various workstreams, with cross-functional teams  
• Establish trust-based and thought-partner relationships with senior leaders
• Administer all user-centric designs and ensure compliance to key deliverables  
• Manage various teams and identify representatives for the same alignment
• Manage all backlogs in the product line and maintain a timeline for individual product
• Coordinate with the team to resolve all issues and supervise meetings for the most effective outcome
• Manage projects for product life cycle development.
• Always keep a glimpse on the business model & ROI 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or related fields, Master's Degree preferred
• previous experience as a product development, incubation team, or in a related field is a plus
• Experience in Agile management and Design thinking process is a plus.
• Experience orchestrating end-to-end functionality in an enterprise environment which run marketplace platform is a plus
• Experience in home improvement or home service business is a big plus
